Having been established since 1995 in the Building Maintenance Industry I have come to appreciate that the most important assets ServiceTotal has as a company is its dedicated team of operatives and staff.

ServiceTotal is a family business and with the support of my son Michael and our senior management colleagues I am committed to maintaining and developing the close relationships already existing in our client base and continuing to ensure the reputation for service and quality of work carried out by ServiceTotal its employees and associates is maintained to the highest standard.

I am committed to providing a safe working environment for all our employees, customers and clients. To achieve this we will continue to develop our training through Investors in People and update our awareness of all Heath and Safety issues.

The objectives I have put in place in developing continuous improvement and customer satisfaction have been agreed and created with the input of all members of staff thus developing our company policy with a team who are well motivated and happy in the workplace.

We continue to build and develop our customer base and I take great pride in our growth over recent years, which has been attained through hard work and determination throughout the organisation all with customer focus a priority.
