Mike is Peter`s son and heads up the Technical team, his background is Electrical Engineering and he has specific responsibility for the development and management of Renewables WattandSun and the Total Electrics Divisions.
Mike joined the family business in 2005 after his Electrical training and has gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of the business in particular Planned and Reactive works in the Social Housing Sector and Commercial and Industrial Installations.
He shares the family ethos of continuous improvement in training and product development.
Nicola has been part of the Service Total Group family for several years, and heads the Administration, Finance and Consumer Services teams. When it comes to any of your concerns her team take the lead and resolve the issue, so it’s good to know she’s one of the most efficient and diligent members of staff we’ve ever had.
